Abuse Tracker
Our Abuse Tracker transforms your Abuse Log entries into a visual calendar, making it easier to recognize patterns that may not be obvious when looking at individual incidents.
WHAT IS THE ABUSE TRACKER?
The Abuse Tracker transforms your Abuse Log entries into a visual calendar, making it easier to recognize patterns that may not be obvious when looking at individual incidents.
Instead of focusing on one event at a time, the Abuse Tracker helps you step back and see the bigger picture.
Sometimes the most important question isn't:
"Did this happen?"
It's:
"How often is this happening?"
HOW CAN THE ABUSE TRACKER HELP ME?
Abuse often becomes easier to recognize when you can see it over time.
The Abuse Tracker helps you:
- Visualize abusive incidents on a calendar.
- Identify recurring behaviors and patterns.
- Recognize periods when abuse becomes more frequent.
- Better understand how your relationship changes over time.
- Review your timeline without reading every individual log.
- Support conversations with therapists, advocates, or attorneys by providing a clear overview of your documented history.
The Abuse Tracker does not create records on its own. It simply organizes the information you've already documented in your Abuse Log.

WHAT THIS TOOL DOES NOT DO
The Abuse Tracker is a visualization tool designed to help you better understand your documented history.
It does not:
- Create Abuse Log entries for you.
- Determine whether your relationship is abusive.
- Predict future incidents.
- Replace professional legal, medical, or mental health advice.
- Notify anyone about your situation.
- Interpret your entries or provide recommendations.
The Abuse Tracker simply helps you organize and review the information you've chosen to document.
